Lady Bug First Birthday Party

I recently attended a first birthday party thrown by my best friend Rebecca for her daughter Hannah. The theme of the party was lady bugs, and it was one of the cutest themes I have seen in a long time for a first birthday party! How many parties have you been to these days where the theme is Elmo, Dora, or a Disney princess? I loved the theme and decorations for this party because they are timeless.

What I even enjoyed more was that the products that she purchased for the party were not your "traditional" lady bug colors, it was more pastel and it gave the party a cute, girly feel to it. The majority of the supplies were purchased from party express. The name of the supplies was, "LadyBugs: Oh So Sweet 1st Birthday ". I highly recommend this party pack if you are looking for something different for a girl's first birthday party!!

However, if you decide you want the "traditional" lady bug colors for a party I think this is completely fine as well. There are a ton of cute decorations that could be used for the party. Overall, such a wonderful idea to help celebrate the "little lady" in your life!!
